Engineering and technical support

Accredited procedures.

Our engineering department provides technical design services for all types of valves. Our team can support optimum repair modifications and can engineer and utilise non-OEM spare parts. Our procedures are accredited by both Lloyds Register and TUV.

We can provide the following services:

  • Design analysis and material selection
  • Component design, manufacture and testing
  • Sizing of valves and actuators
  • Investigation of valve failure trends and recommendations for improvement
  • Management of ESDV and relief valve performance
  • Risk based inspection and benchmarking of critical valves
  • Generation of specialist test procedures, including setting of isolations
  • Identification of potential safety concerns
  • Finite element analysis
  • Computation fluid dynamic service
